This principle holds true in the workplace too: hundreds of experiments by Ivy League universities across a wide range of work scenarios have found that high team productivity strongly correlates with specific interaction patterns — the same patterns that also distinguish high-performing teams as other reserarch has shown. Our real-time dashboard measures exactly those patterns. The weather symbol gives you an instant read on how well your team is unlocking its full productive potential. If the weather turns rainy, the dashboard offers concrete recommendations to help get things back on track. For a deeper dive, the speaking turns chart below the recommendations section shows the individual contribution level of each meeting attendee — those on track are highlighted in green, while those taking the stage too little or too much are flagged in red.
Productivity Score
A weather-style indicator that tells you, at a glance, how productive the meeting feels right now. Full sun means turns are distributed evenly across the group; clouds and rain mean turn-taking has become lopsided — a few voices are taking most of the turns while others aren't getting in.
Watch how it changes over the meeting rather than the snapshot value. A steady decline is your cue to step in — turn-taking has likely become lopsided, with some voices dominating while others haven't had a chance to chime in.
Live Recommendation
A short, plain-language suggestion based on what's happening in the meeting right now. If Sunshine spots something it thinks the facilitator could nudge — for example, one person doing most of the talking, or a quieter colleague who hasn't had a chance yet — it puts it here.

Speaking turns
A list showing how active each person has been in the meeting so far. Helpful for spotting two things in one glance: who's been dominating and who's barely spoken.
A roughly balanced list usually means the conversation is healthy. A list with one person far ahead, or one person far behind, is often a moment to gently rebalance.
